What are we doing to help our traders?

Added Support

We’ve recently hired a significant number of Support Team members to increase service for our traders.

All Hands On Deck

We’ve stopped all meetings, events, and staff across the entire company are helping Support traders. This includes the Executive Team, who are even assisting with direct trader communication.

Strike Teams

We’ve put together specialized teams to work cross-departmentally to utilize the best skills of all of our employees.

A.I.

We’ve invested heavily in artificial intelligence, including our GPT-4 trained bot ‘Windy’, to assist traders. Windy is trained on our entire knowledge base and years of support interactions and can answer most questions / inquiries with ease. In the event Windy is unable to, you will be passed off to a live human Trader Support Specialist.
