Yes, once you’re locked in you will keep this price until you are funded or for the lifetime of your Trading Combine account.
If you have questions about switching your platform, please contact Trader Support. They are handling these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Once we have confirmed that we’ve refunded your account, please allow 3-5 business days for your credit card company to process the refund on their end.
The typical turnaround time is 1-2 business days.
You’ll receive your certificate within 1-2 business days.
We are no longer offering Delete-A-Day requests at this time.

NinjaTrader with Rithmic cannot run natively on a Mac. However, if you have installed Windows on Mac through Boot Camp you may be able to. This is not something we are able to assist with.
As of September 17, 2023, Tradovate is once available for purchase. Please note: We will not be offering refunds or platform switches for anyone looking to switch back to Tradovate. You will need to purchase a new Trading Combine.

We’ve invested heavily in artificial intelligence, including our GPT-4 trained bot ‘Windy’, to assist traders. Windy is trained on our entire knowledge base and years of support interactions and can answer most questions / inquiries with ease. In the event Windy is unable to, you will be passed off to a live human Trader Support Specialist.
