1. Sponsor: This Giveaway is sponsored by TopstepTrader, LLC (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 or older at the time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and its affiliates, and members of their households, are not eligible.

3. How to Enter: During the daily TopQuiz segment on TopstepTV (the “Entry Period”), a sign-up code will be displayed in the live chat on screen. To play, enter the displayed code and provide all required information. Sign-up and play are free; no purchase, subscription, or payment is required. Once signed up, you will be shown four (4) quiz questions and will have fifteen (15) seconds to answer each. A question that is unanswered or answered after time expires is counted as incorrect. Sponsor determines the correct answers, and its decisions are final. Players who answer at least two (2) of the four (4) questions correctly are automatically entered into the Drawing. Limit one sign-up and one play per person per day, and one entry per person regardless of the number of correct answers. Use of bots, scripts, multiple accounts, or any automated means is prohibited and will result in disqualification.

4. Drawing: After the Entry Period ends, Sponsor will randomly draw five (5) winners from all eligible entries received. The drawing will occur daily after the conclusion of the segment. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

5. Entry Conditions: By entering and/or participating in the Giveaway, each entrant must be in Good Standing (as set forth in Section 6 below) and agrees to be bound by and comply with (i) all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules; (ii) the interpretations of these Official Rules by Sponsor and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final in all matters relating to the Giveaway; (iii) Sponsor’s Terms of Use (“Terms”), Privacy Policy and (iv) any other applicable terms and conditions promulgated by the Sponsor. 

6. Good Standing: Entrants must be in Good Standing with Topstep at entry and at prize award. “Good Standing” means the entrant (i) holds a Topstep account that has not been suspended, restricted, terminated, or closed, and has not been refused access to the Sites or Services under Section 21 of the Terms;(ii) satisfies the eligibility requirements and representations in Section 4 of the Terms, including that the entrant (i) is at least 18 years of age, (ii) has not been convicted of a felony, (iii) has not been disciplined by the National Futures Association or the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission, and does not have an outstanding balance with a trading firm; (iii)  is not a current or former employee, officer, director, or contractor of Topstep or its affiliates, as provided in Section 4 of the Terms; (iv) has not been found to have engaged in Prohibited Conduct, or to have violated the Trading Rules, under the Terms; and (v) is not otherwise in breach of the Terms.

7. Prize: Five (5) No Activation Fee with DLL $50k Trading Combines (approximate retail value $149 each). A Trading Combine is a simulated evaluation. The $50k refers to the simulated account size and is not a cash prize. Prizes have no cash value, are non-transferable, and no substitutions are allowed. Use of the Trading Combine is subject to the Topstep Terms of Use.

8. Winner Notification: Winners will be announced on-air and emailed within two (2) days of the drawing.

9. General: Winners are responsible for all applicable taxes. Sponsor’s decisions are final. Sponsor may modify, suspend, or cancel this Giveaway if fairness or integrity is compromised and may disqualify any person who tampers with the quiz. Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, connection or latency issues, or entries not received. This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by YouTube or any other platform. By entering, you agree to these rules and release Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, employees, and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or use of the prize. Personal information is handled per Sponsor’s Privacy Policy.
